Congratulations Jonah Spradlin! 2023 AAU OK Athlete of the Year

Congratulations to Jonah Spradlin, Master Jean Gamarra, and The High Performance Institute of Taekwondo–AAU athlete, AAU coach and AAU OK TKD Vice-director, and AAU club respectively–in achieving the 2023 AAU Oklahoma Athlete of the Year and honored with the 2023 Nate Fleming Oklahoma AAU Athlete of the Year. What a great accomplishment for AAU Taekwondo and all involved! (ok, he does other sports too, but still–GO TAEKWONDO!) More information can be found in the following newspaper article: “Lone Grove high achiever recognized: Spradlin named AAU athlete of the year” (February 3, 2024). Below are some pictures and links given to us by OKAAU Secretary Pat McCauley.
